While the farm and the people are so nice… this isn’t really a cooking class. You just watch them make the cheese. Yes they do give you a chance to stir and cut the curds, but we were disappointed that we could not make our own batch of cheese as we had anticipated. In the end we got one burrata ball that was the equivalent of a few bites (which did taste very good). We did this for my friends birthday and for $200 for the 4 of us we felt like it was overpriced for what it is. It is really more just instructional and a chance to ask question. Maybe if you go into it not expecting it to be hands on, you will be more satisfied. We will chalk it up to supporting a small business and a hard working family.
