Incredibly Flavorful and Creamy Cheese

I recently ordered a number of cheeses from Heber Valley. They all were fantastic, but our family favorite was the Wasatch Back Jack. It was so flavorful and creamy. It makes regular cheese one buys at the store taste so plain and rubbery. We have decided we are going to start ordering all our cheese from Heber Valley now. Our daughter enjoyed a tour of the farm a month ago; it gives us great peace of mind to know the cheese is coming from healthy cows. Thank you.
