We tried the 6-year aged cheddar at the store while on our recent ski trip in Utah. It was so delicious that we took several pieces with us. In fact, it was the best cheddar we ever tried. The only bad thing is that we live in New York. Very glad that this company ships to other states because we’re planning on ordering the cheese regularly. Highly recommended. P.S. If you’re ever in the area, stop by the physical store - it is located in a picturesque valley surrounded by mountains. Very beautiful place.
